NOTE: We are very excited for the COPA America Ecuador vs Venezuela taking place at Levi’s Stadium this Saturday June 22nd at 3:00 PM.

For attendees arriving on Saturday June 22nd, we do not recommend driving to the hotel, between the hours of 12pm – 3pm and 4:30pm – 6pm, as this is the time the roadways will be the most impacted and you should expect significant delay if doing so.
Traffic will be heavier than usual prior to the event and throughout the evening. Please plan on some additional time if coming and going from the convention center between 12pm – 3pm and 4:30pm – 6pm.

If you do decide to drive to the hotel and convention center on Great America Parkway from HWY 101 between the hours of 12pm - 3pm, Santa Clara Police Department asks you to use the following route:
From N/B or S/B HWY 101:
Exit onto Great America Parkway North and stay in the far-right lane.

You will see an electronic sign board that reads “Hotel Guests Only”.
Contact the on-duty Traffic Officer at the sign board and explain your destination.
You will be directed to continue N/B Great America Parkway until you reach your destination.
**Note: On Great America Parkway you may encounter an additional checkpoint, just explain to the on-duty Traffic Officer your destination and they will allow you to proceed when safe.

Connections Housing is the official housing company for Sensors Converge. All hotel reservations must be made through Connections Housing to receive discount show rates. Beware of other housing companies claiming to have special rates for this event. An example of a scamming company is Above the Peak LLC. 

PARKING
If you are local to Santa Clara or driving in, 2,000 onsite parking spaces are shared with the Hyatt Regency and TechMart. Additional space is available at the New Tasman Garage next to the Convention Center. Parking fees apply. 

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Are you traveling to Sensors Converge from outside of the domestic U.S.? If so, we encourage you to take a moment and review the procedures for obtaining a visa. The U.S. State Department advises anyone applying for a temporary visa to enter the U.S. should plan on the process to take significantly longer than it has in the past. The visa application form is available online: http://evisaforms.state.gov/. U.S. Consular Services suggests that you begin the application process at least 120 days prior to your planned departure date. During your visa interview, you will likely need to present your visa letter of invitation. The visa letter of invitation can also assist as a supporting document.
